One bad money habit I am working towards overcoming is overspending! Shopping just because has cost me so much money ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ

Ways I'm working on fixing my Emotional Spending:

โœ… Using the 48 hr rule- Waiting 48hrs before I Buy and using that time to ask myself do I really need it. Is it worth my me breaking my budget?

โœ… Removing Klarna and Afterpay from my phone.- Klarna had me in a chokehold. Using installments as a reason to overspend.

We are halfway through the first month of the year. so if you havenโ€™t done any goal setting today will be the day.

Tips for Goal Setting:

โœ… Be honest and realistic
โœ… Do not create a long list of things it just to fill up the paper
โœ… Create a vision board for the year, but write your goals out on a month-to-month basis
