Did you know these factors for prolonging joint health!
Whether or not you are already experiencing joint pain, have new joint pain, or chronic joint pain…there are things you can do and control to improve the longevity of your joints.
Focus on the factors you can control!
💧Hydration! Water plays a huge role in our joint health, make sure you are making a point to drink water throughout the day
😫Stress. Try finding a few minutes each day to journal, read, get outside, take a walk, or even binging your favorite guilty pleasure show. Whatever it is, reducing overall stress can improve joint health.
🧴Motion is lotion! There are very few instances where movement is going to hurt your joint! (yes, you can overdo it!) In general though, movement helps to improve circulation, improve nutrient transportation, and improve overall joint health
🦿Positioning! The way you do things, especially the tasks you do ALL the time can affect your overall joint health. Find ways to reduce stress through the joints to help over time!
