The reasons for va**nal dryness

Vaginal dryness is a condition referred to as menopause. In reality, women start having similar symptoms much earlier. They are afraid to ask for professional help and avoid s*xual contact because of increasing pain.

OBGYNs explain va**nal dryness by:

1. Decrease in estrogen levels: during menopausal age or because of specific pathological conditions

2. Low libido: works like a vicious circle; since women experience pain during love-making, they don't want to repeat it. At this point, without medication, it can lead to va**nal atrophy.

To prevent friction during in*******se or get rid of the va**nal dryness symptoms, women often use lubricants. It is a great way to replenish your natural secretion and help you to enjoy pain-free love-making.

We’ll talk more about lubricants in the next post. Follow me to get to know more!

My dear sweet ladies! Today, I want to go all the way to the beginning and help you do the first steps in awakening your pelvic floor.

The students I work with, have different issues: low libido, postpartum period, menopause, etc. However, there’s a whole different category of women with a tight pelvic floor, fearing intimate training will only worsen the condition.

How do you understand your OB-GYN visits are caused by hypertonic intimate muscles?

First, it's a recurrent infection: when a va**nal canal is narrowed, it becomes a great place to raise bacteria.

Second, it’s painful in*******se: the symptoms are similar to vaginismus, when you can’t feel pleasure because of increasing pain.

Also, the va**nal dryness: not only for women over 50+, but for young ladies too. Your lady parts stop functioning properly and produce the natural l**e.

So, what’s my advice? Start training your intimate muscles! It is a medication-free tool to help you gain self-confidence back. Got questions? Reach out.

Did you know that women spend third of their lives in menopause? Isn’t that deeply unfair?

Well, at least we know that a menopause doesn’t end your intimate life. The nerve endings responsible for sensitivity are still there, even if the ovaries work in an “energy-saving” mode.

What else do we know is that menopause issues are caused by decrease of estrogen levels. Because the hormone numbers drop, you might experience:

● urinary incontinence
● pelvic floor prolapse
● trouble getting aroused
● painful in*******se
● va**nal dryness

A Feminine Revival is a great solution for a problem: to help tone your intimate muscles and increase blood supply to a pelvic floor. Together, we’ll rediscover your sensual self and introduce the pleasure to your life!

As you become a mature woman, you’re likely to think about having kids. The age frame for childbirth is very relative: since women can get pregnant much later than at 40 years old. And this is normal; but I want you to think about preparing your body for this precious moment.

The intimate muscles need to be strengthened to avoid trauma during a childbirth. A weakened pelvic floor can cause the following conditions in a postpartum period:

● losing urine
● flatulence — or “gas” in your digestive system
● va**nal dryness
● low libido, and more.

The good news — I have a special program for women recovering after childbirth. It involves training the pelvic floor muscles, one-to-one sessions to explore your individual needs and find the best practices. Don’t worry, the medications are excluded; we’ll only work on your intimate issues in the most natural way.

Working with the young ladies, I noticed that barely few of them know exactly how the pelvic floor is functioning. Perhaps, talking about intimate health is still a taboo conversation for many families. As a result, the roots of many physical problems (such as painful periods) can be in your head first.

At the Feminine Revival courses, we explore the female body from a fresh point: discovering how to awaken sensitivity and improve self-confidence. We learn how to connect body and mind; preventing the following health issues:

● fewer or***ms
● va**nal discharge
● painful periods and cramps
● recurrent va**nal infections.

Hello, Darling!

I’d like to extend the topic of Sophia’s case (read my last post if you’ve missed it) and talk about the postpartum period. It is a long journey of self-reflection trying to adjust to your new lifestyle. No matter, if you had a C-section or a va**nal delivery, the postpartum period will not end in a month. It requires a complex approach and support from your loved ones.

In this case, what are the risks for your intimate health, if the pelvic floor is not strong enough? Going into labor has different kind of impact, including:

● Perineum soreness – the area between your va**na and a**s is the first one suffering; in the days following childbirth, you may feel discomfort in this area;
● Vaginal bleeding and discharge – the medical term is “lochia”: it’s the way your body eliminates the extra blood and tissues used to raise the baby; very important to use only sanitary pads during this period (since using tampons may cause infection);
● Low libido – caused by physical changes as well as shifting hormone levels; you may seem to forget how it is to experience desire and getting aroused.

The postpartum period is longer than you think, but it’s not eternal. So, pay attention to everything bothering you; everything that is not “normal” or used to be different before you gave birth.

And I’d like to remind you that my Feminine Revival program has specialized practices for women going through a postpartum period. Join today for a better tomorrow!

Dear ladies, today I'd like to share Sophia's story. She had a long way of learning and accept her sensuality. To some of you, it can be a great motivation to upgrade your intimate relationship and discover your inner self.

"I am Sophia. I am 30 years old, and my husband Luke is 32. We've been dating for about 5 years, before getting married. We’ve never had any issues with the intimate life.

A while ago, we welcomed our first child, a baby girl named Elizabeth, into the world. Nothing could make us happier, but going through labor and a postpartum period had a significant impact on the quality of our intimate life. I gained weight, I had plenty of sews, and I worried, that my husband will never look at me with the same desire he did before.

I felt like losing my feminine self. I was a great mother, but I couldn’t say the same about my sensuality; a pleasure of being a woman. So, I reached out to Nadiya and scheduled a personal session.

Nadiya made a great first impression. She's a very open-minded and positive person. I'd feel uncomfortable talking about the s*x life with anyone else, but Nadiya. With her guidance, I started doing exercises for my pelvic floor to awaken the nerve endings responsible for sensitivity.

To be honest, I didn’t see the changes right through; it took at least a month to start noticing positive dynamics. As soon as I was physically able to take the next step, Nadiya equipped me with the intrava**nal device to intensify the training.

It's been almost a year since I started doing the exercises. I'm feeling much better: I reawaken my sensual self and upgraded the quality of love-making with my husband. I discovered that being a mother you can still stay a woman who knows true pleasure.

I want to express my deep gratitude to Nadiya Williams, who helped me to get self-respect back and taught me that being in love with yourself allows you to spread love and joy to the people around you!”

In the previous part, we talked about how poor pelvic floor affects your everyday life. However, there’s still an unspoken truth: what impact the lack of exercise makes on your intimate life.

Weak pelvic floor muscles cause decreased sensitivity and fewer or***ms. In men, for example, they lead to erectile dysfunction. It might go unnoticed, while you're young and energetic, and passionate, but time flies – and women in their mid-50s start escaping an intimate connection (even though, they shouldn’t).

So, how do you take back this sensational feeling? Are you ready to start an honest conversation with a partner? It doesn’t matter how old you are – never too late to start working with your desires.

The last thing I want you to do right now is to finish this post thinking “My intimate life is okay, so why should I waste my time on exercises?" Think about new corners of pleasure; awakening your sensitivity and the true feminine self. Remember, there’s no “perfect” time to start caring about yourself and improving your body from within.

I sincerely hope you will take my words seriously. After all, it’s better to prevent health issues, than to treat them, right?

Part. I

The intimate muscles are not the biceps – you can’t see them and tell if there’s a problem or not. You just feel, unfortunately, sometimes, when it’s too late. However, the pelvic floor muscles still need to be coordinated, so you should treat the intimate exercises like a gym session.

You might wonder: is it so critical for me to start doing Kegels right now? Well, the Kegel is not your only option; you may try intimate massage or practice with a special intrava**nal device.

What are the risks for women not doing pelvic floor exercises? The most common one is urinary incontinence. It can start from a little dribbling after you p*e, and then involuntary urination over the years.

The initial symptoms are:

• leaking urine after sneezing, coughing, or laughing;
• the uncontrollable compulsions to urinate (including those at night time);
• functional incontinence – as the condition progresses, you may not always make it to the toilet in time.

Let’s take a break here and think of what are the other risks for women in their 50s refusing to take care of their pelvic floor. I’ll see you in a bit!

If exercises don’t raise this question, meditation is a different kind of story. Why should you meditate to improve your intimate health? How do "mindful practices” cure low libido and many other issues?

Okay, first, meditation is all about being present at the moment; feeling at ease, without any distraction. If we look at it that way, we can see that meditation and intimacy have much more in common. The intimate relationship offers a mental element too: consideration of each other’s needs and being mindful in times you physically connect with a partner.

Studies show that sometimes mindfulness can help to resolve intimate health problems. Learning to embrace your desires, your sensuality, and making space for your partner, you'll enjoy love-making as never before.
