You’re Not Lazy. You’re Out of Alignment.
Can’t get motivated lately? That’s not a mindset issue. It's your body protesting.
If you’ve always been the overachiever — the one checking off boxes, crushing deadlines, pushing past limits—then this new version of you feels unfamiliar.
You feel tired, squeezed, and unmotivated. You wonder, “When did I get so lazy?”
But you’re not lazy. You’re out of alignment.
Living the way our culture expects — waking up with your to-do list top of mind, then chugging coffee so you can power through your endless list of tasks —eventually comes at a cost.
At first it’s subtle and feels like a clenched jaw, fatigue, or an ache in your low back. But then it gets louder.
Your body stops asking nicely.
You try more discipline. More exercise. Earlier bedtimes.
But the fatigue is bone deep. And no amount of sleep seems to touch it.
Your body isn’t broken. It’s telling you something you’ve been too busy to hear.
Stop ignoring your body and listen to it's wisdom.
This isn’t about trying harder. It’s about coming back to yourself so you can shift out of survival mode and back into flow.
When you care for yourself it's easy to do what you need to. You feel more energy, think more clearly, and you no longer need motivation. It bubbles up naturally, just like it used to.
