What a great day and night yesterday for the Annual BT Sports Golf outing and Reception. Way too many people to thank so I'll just say THANK YOU to everyone that makes this possible. It's a big group that handles the prep, set up, day of and clean up. This is not possible without them. THANK YOU. This is also not possible without all of our sponsors, donations, golfers, people that buy raffles. THANK YOU. And finally, what I like the most about this day is not only seeing the older folks that coached in the program for many years but also the next generation of High School and College kids that were part of this program only a few years ago and they come back and help set up and work the event and play golf and attend the party. Passing the torch. Again, THANK YOU to all that volunteered and attended the event. Support our hole sponsors. They are always there with a check each year to help support the program.

BT SPORTS ANNUAL FUNDRAISER - FRIDAY 7/25 - 6P IN GYM

We are still accepting raffle donations for tomorrow evening. Stop by the gym tonight between 7-9p or tomorrow morning after 9a to drop off any donations. The reception starts at 6pm tomorrow in the gym. $50 at the door. Food from A&S, Drinks, Matt Finley DJ'ing, plenty of raffles and plenty of laughs. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year and we rely heavily on this night to keep registration costs down, run the gym and field, as well as purchase needed equipment and other fun items that the program could use. In the past, with the money raised some items we have purchased are pop up tents, mascot costume, a pitchers mound, signage, paint and a logo stencil for the soccer field, built a storage shed in Roxbury, and many more needed items. It is a fun night out so please come and support the BT Sports program tomorrow evening. Some of the raffle prizes we have in house so far are Bikes, a Blackstone grill, Pizza Oven, Mets and Yankee tickets, Speakers, Coolers, Lift tickets to Elk Mountain, Apple items, Gift Certificates to some of the Breezy hot spots, and much much more.

Even if you can't stay, stop in for a half hour, have a drink, grab something to eat, and drop a few raffle tickets in some bags. You do not have to be present to win any of the raffles. Hope to see everyone tomorrow evening.

Summer Camps:
* thank you to all who attended indoor basketball camp these past two weeks. As a reminder, all of these camps generously donate back to the BT Sports program
* there is an outdoor basketball camp the week of 7/21 from 9a-12p M-F that is being run by Bob Atanasio from Fontbonne Hall. This is for boys and girls entering 4th through 9th grade in September. Please reach out to bronsk@aol.com or text 917-838-3325 for more info.
* there will once again be a summer soccer camp at the Breezy Ballfield the week of 8/18 to 8/22 M-F 9a-12p . This is a great way to start to get ready for the Fall soccer season.
