Work isn’t separate from life—it’s part of it. And if nearly half of your waking hours go to work… it better light you up, not burn you out.

⚡ Try this Spark Audit (2 minutes, big payoff):
1️⃣ Write down three tasks that drain your energy.
2️⃣ Cross out the one that slows you down the most.
3️⃣ Commit to ditching, delegating, or redesigning it this week.

Your energy is your most valuable resource. It fuels your creativity, focus, leadership… and your joy.
