Ever feel like you’re stuck on a loop—doing ALL THE THINGS but wondering if any of it is actually working?

It’s that late-night spiral where you’re like, “Why does everything still feel the same even though I’m trying so hard?” 🤷🏽‍♀️

Here’s the thing: growth isn’t always loud or obvious. It’s not about grinding harder or forcing change.

Sometimes, the biggest shifts happen quietly—in those moments when you let go, stop overthinking, and just be.

It’s not that nothing’s happening. It’s that growth doesn’t always look the way we expect.

What you’re feeling? That stuck, uncertain, “am I even moving?” feeling?
It’s part of it. It is the process.

Keep showing up. Trust that it’s working, even when it’s quiet. 🤍

If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed and need support on your journey, we provide client-centered, trauma-informed services tailored to help women like you find healing and resilience. Our virtual private practice is available to those in New York, Texas, Florida, and New Jersey.

Let’s create a safe space for you to share your story and work through your challenges ✨

The first step towards joy after loss is giving yourself permission to heal at your own pace. ☁️

It’s okay to have bad days and good days. It's also okay to ask for help when you need it. Remember, healing is a journey, not a destination. 🤍

Grief isn’t only about losing someone you love. It can come from many kinds of loss — like a job, a friendship, or a big life change.

These moments can bring deep sadness and confusion, even when you don’t expect it. 🙏🏽

Remember, it’s okay to give yourself permission to feel whatever comes and to heal at your own pace. Your feelings are valid. 💜

Lately, I’ve been moving through some heavy emotions. Grief has a way of showing up in waves — different each day, sometimes unexpectedly.

It doesn’t follow a clear path. One moment you feel okay, the next it hits you all over again. 🤍

And that’s normal.

There’s no rulebook for how you “should” feel or heal. Just gentle reminders to be patient with yourself. To let the feelings come. To let them pass.

You might move through the stages more than once — or all at once.

Give yourself grace. Healing takes time 🤍

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and it’s the perfect time to remind ourselves that mental health is just as important as physical health. It’s not always easy, but acknowledging that we need help is the first step towards healing.

Mental health is a journey. 🦋

It’s okay to not be okay, and it’s okay to take time for yourself. 💜

Mental health is a priority—it should come first, not last. 🙏🏽

Make space for self-care, community care and healing. 🌺

Mental health is personal—but it doesn’t have to be solitary. Only you can define what makes you feel restored, and you deserve community that supports and honors that journey. 🌈

Start small: Rest, ask for support, practice mindfulness.

You don’t have to go through this alone. 💜

Reach out for support and connection, take a break, and remember—you are worthy of care. 💛 Let’s make this month a reminder that prioritizing our mental health is the most important thing we can do for ourselves and our communities.

Not all self-care is what it seems.

Sometimes, what we call “self-care” is actually burnout in disguise. 👀

Like…

〰️ Scheduling every single minute of your “free” time

〰️ Feeling like you have to earn rest

〰️ Using self-care as a way to escape, not restorative

〰️ Saying yes when you’re already stretched thin

〰️ Calling it “relaxing” when it’s really numbing

We’ve all done it. It’s not about guilt—it’s about awareness.

True self-care isn’t about doing more. It’s about slowing down enough to ask:

Is this actually helping me feel better—or just helping me keep going?

Let’s trade burnout habits for care that actually fills us up.

You don’t have to earn your rest. You deserve it. 💜

Which one of these hit home for you? I’d love to hear in the comments. 👇🏾
