I know we be drinking dried burdock root tea. I have also drank fresh burdock root tea. However, have you ever tried to juice your fresh burdock 👀.

Let me tell you !!! So so good. In my personal opinion its giving banana 🍌 smell and flavor lol. Its so sweet and juicing it reminds me of sugar canes.

My favorite part was watching the color change as the root turned into juice. The juice is giving maroon and brownish, but the root was the same color as a potato like off white. 🤍🤎

I then dehydrated the pulp because it has none of the skin just the inside of the burdock root flesh. Going to be using the pulp as a burdock root powder for smoothies and add it to my water or also use it in teas as well ! 🍵🤎🤎
