Reduce cycle of induced diabetes and offsetting pharmaceutical products to treat ailments and other modern food induced illnesses related to weight gain, eliminate need for weight loss diets, scams, schemes, short term fixes, products making unrealistic claims, reduce use of digestive and blood pressure medication, over the counter drugs for pain relief, stomach issues for digestion and stomach discomfort (Ex. The en Vogue irritable bowel syndrome), no need for vitamins or supplements or any of the above listed items when you consume food properly.
