I am licensed by the New York State and hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). I also hold the NYS TSSLD and NYS Bilingual Extension (Spanish). I am also an SOS Trained Feeding Therapist who is providing feeding evaluations and therapy using the SOS Approach. ation Sciences and disorders at Teachers College, Columbia University. During this time, I was able to work in multiple settings which included the Department of Education, Early Intervention and CPSE. I was able to provide services to geriatric adults with aphasia and was the co-founder of the first Bilingual Spanish Aphasia Group at Teachers College, Columbia University. I travelled as a Transcultural SLP to Colombia and Ghana where I applied evidence-based approaches to screening, assessment, and treatment in cleft palate and feeding issues. I am the co-creator of a word game for the thrilled R found in Leadersproject.org. During my Clinical Fellowship year (2020), I worked in the NYC Department of Education with grade levels pre-k to high school. During this time, I worked at 8 different schools both in-person and tele-therapy. As a Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist, I want to be able to advocate and provide the best services to my clients/patients and always prioritizing what is the best for them.
