The first part of the workshop blends Aerial Yoga poses with targeted Aerial Conditioning exercises to build strength, endurance, and mobility—helping you develop the foundation needed for advanced circus techniques. You’ll finish the strength portion by learning a Level 2 circus trick, putting your hard work into action.

The second part shift gears into deep recovery, using restorative meditation and breathwork to release tension, promote relaxation, and help your body recover. Whether you’re looking to push your limits or unwind, this session is the perfect mix of strength and surrender.
