Today, I had to remind myself not to take things personally and to stay grounded in my own peace. It’s so easy to let what others say or do affect us, but the truth is, we are in control of our own inner world. No one can disrupt our peace unless we allow it.

Also, everyone is dealing with their own stuff, and we don’t always know what they’re going through. Giving people a little grace can make a big difference. In the end, most things aren’t as serious as they seem…. In other words, there are a lot of things that we can let slide for the sake of peace. Stay calm, and be kind to yourself and others… and keep smiling 😊

Forgive yourself and move on. It is easy to utter these words but much harder to do it. Sometimes, we do a thing or two that we may not be proud of. We lash out at a friend, engage in self-destructive behavior, or even fail to do something we were supposed to. With

šŸ’š Happy Friday, everyone!

How’s your week been? As I reflect, one lesson continues to stand out: word of mouth is incredibly powerful, especially in this business. I’m constantly amazed by the impact we can have on others, often without even realizing it. That’s why staying true to my values and upholding my integrity means so much to me. These principles have opened doors I never imagined possible!

I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who’s spoken highly of me and the service I provide. I feel like I’ve found a part of my purpose in this work, and I approach it with care and dedication. Each interaction teaches me something new, and I truly appreciate all my clients and colleagues who make this journey so rewarding.

Have a fantastic weekend!

Here’s a great way to practice gratitude this year. Create a ā€œgratitude jarā€. Whenever something good happens to you, it could be anything - a big or small gesture, make note of it and put it in a jar. A variation on the jar could be a ā€œgratitude journalā€. Each week write one thing (or more) that you’re grateful for. At the end of the year, you can revisit the jar (or journal) and look back on all the wonderful experiences you’ve had and all you have to be thankful for.

The practice of gratitude can create a positive shift in your energy and mindset. The principle behind this exercise is not just based on positivity but also in truth/facts, because your experiences are real, and you’re simply recognizing and making note of them. Being grateful can lead to better sleep and better relationships and improved psychological well-being. It’s a simple yet effective way to acknowledge and appreciate the good things in life.

Try it! šŸ€
