I had a blast in New York! Got called very spontaneously on the holiday weekend…. I didn’t know if I could shift things around my schedule and family, but I made it work and created some meaningful memories. Living in gratitude always… I definitely enjoyed my travels.

Coconut cream reigns supreme! I put frozen coconut meat in the blender and voila! This cream is my new favorite thing! Not only is it full of omega 3, it is a living food that can be manipulated into pretty much whatever you want. Do yourself a favor leave the cow’s milk alone, no matter what the doctor said… Dairy creates inflammation which is the start to any dis-ease… Happy Coconuts!!!
