“This past April, Dr. Ashley Baglieri was kind enough to offer her services and come speak to our staff on a professional development day. As a high-support college prep school, our presenters must be able to speak to administrators, mental health professionals, and special education teachers simultaneously without boring some and going over the heads of others. Ashley executed this balance with flawless ease, presenting on the value of the therapeutic relationship in strengthening both clinical and educational interventions.

In addition, Dr. Baglieri was also able to incorporate transference, countertransference, and rational detachment with only a week’s notice from me. Despite this being a directly targeted request from our clinical director, Ashley was able to weave the topic in seamlessly. In speaking with our clinical director afterwards, he told me that the presentation was exactly what staff needed to hear and that Ashley hit the nail on the head. In the nearly two months since she presented, I have distinctly noticed the tools and philosophies that Ashley provided being implemented in our school.

Aside from that, numerous staff members across all disciplines independently approached me to inform tell me how engaging and relevant the presentation was. I am extremely grateful for Dr. Baglieri’s willingness to make some quick modifications to suit staff’s needs, and can easily say that this was the most informative, pertinent, and participative presentation we have had.”
