It’s been far too long, hasn’t it?
Since we sat still and took a long, deep breath? Since we felt like we were standing on solid ground? Since we’ve gathered in community and allowed ourselves some pure unfettered relaxation?
Times have been rough for LA, and it’s energetically exhausting. I hope that you can take a moment for yourself to unplug from all of the chaos, quiet your mind, and just BE.
Use your stillness to not only support yourself in this time of need, but also support those who are affected from the ravages of the wildfires.
All proceeds go to fire relief efforts.
