🌄🌞 Rise and Shine! Early mornings have a magic of their own. At 4 AM, when the world is still quiet, it’s just me, my thoughts, and my rituals. This sacred time is when I align my body, mind, and spirit for the day ahead.

Here’s a peek into how I kickstart my mornings to stay grounded and ready to tackle whatever comes my way:

1. Hydrate with Purpose: I start by drinking at least 16 ounces of lemon water to wake up and hydrate.
2. Wake Up the Mind: Over my black coffee, I tackle a puzzle on Wordle or a brain exercise on the Elevate app.
3. Gym Time: Then, it’s off to the gym, dressed and ready to sweat! (Curious about my workout details? Ask in the comments! 😊)
4. Meditation: Post-gym, I meditate for at least ten minutes, focusing on the chakra of the day—today it’s all about the sacral chakra.
5. Self-Care & Breakfast: After a refreshing shower and my Tatcha and Sol de Janeiro skincare routine, I cook a protein-packed breakfast—today’s choice: Ezekiel bread toast with egg and avocado, plus Greek yogurt mixed with chia, flax, and h**p seeds.
6. Wellness Supplements: I round out my morning with a multivitamin and a sea moss capsule, having already downed 32 ounces of water.
