Ladies, we hate when it happens but over time, our breast muscles go south with gravity.πŸ˜† Sarah is bench pressing which strengthen the pectoral (chest)πŸ’ͺmuscles that us that lift naturally. And, when pecs are tight, they pull our shoulders forward giving a hunch over look 😩. Sarah stretches 1st to get a good lengthening in the muscles. Age is only a series of numbers, right?πŸ˜‰. Stretching is fundamental mobility.

Hello all,
I like to introduce, in my opinion β€œa lost art”. That’s stretching with FlexStretch. We all stretch to some degree, but we assist with movements to help muscles to move beyond their nature resistance, allowing a deeper, more effective stretch than someone can typically achieve themselves.
