So proud of my entrepreneur wife, Rachel for being featured by for pursuing her longtime passions & in honor of women's history month!

On her website, Rachel Berger humbly describes herself as a Mom of 4 hungry teenagers. I describe Rachel Berger as a Kosher Culinary Explosion who can deliciously create just about anything…. and I mean ANYthing.

Rachel Berger, aka The Kosher Dinner Lady, has been reinventing herself over the last 5 years or so. After practicing law for 10 years, she dedicated the next decade to raising her 4 children along with her very supportive husband of 30 years and began “The Kosher Dinner Lady” - a blog about cooking healthy dinners for teenage kids. This led to her writing humorous food and recipe articles for a local newspaper, while selling cooked and baked goods from a local commercial kitchen. After a few years, Rachel decided she really enjoyed the design and creation of decorative cakes much more than anything else and spun-off into to follow that passion.

I fell in love with the Kosher Dinner Lady’s creations last year while in quarantine. At least 5 days each week, Rachel would create THEE MOST delicious and tantalizing meals and desserts for her family while sharing the process with her Instagram followers via IG Live. Each story included hilarious love-filled assistance from her children and husband (who clearly need their own reality show). I quarantined alone, so her IG Lives were not only great entertainment, but great footage of another phenomenal woman living her purpose out loud. It was awesome to watch.

Do yourself a favor and follow Rachel at both & to see some of her gorgeous food photography as well as her IG stories (featuring that humorous & entertaining family of hers). Currently, she continues to sell her cakes and pastries and is working on a cookbook that is sure to knock the socks off of us all. She gives in-person and Zoom cooking & baking classes throughout the year and opens up her fabulous kitchen to host a cooking camp for young girls during the Summer. Cheers to you Rachel! You’re an amazing woman & icon in the making!
