This muscle group is responsible for bringing your arm downward, rotating either direction, and stabilizing the shoulder joint. Their names are and

These muscles among a couple others, can get sore when we tend to lean on one arm, causing these muscles to brace. (perhaps at a desk, overworked from exercise, or sleeping on your side incorretly)

When this group is tense, it tends to feel like a dull pulling sensation that you can't quite locate.

With proper and precise finger pressure, finger friction, and some stretching, you'll be able to rest your shoulder without that vague, uncomfortable pain.

DM me, this is one of my favorite routines 😁

The 3 main muscles here are the (low back) the (back pocket muscle) and the (low spine and inner hip to the inner thigh)

When my client reports lower back pain, these are my go-to points, because these muscles are what stabilize the lower back and core.

Message me for lower back relief and witness the magic ✨
