Preserve your options. Live life on your own terms. That’s why we’re creating a service centered around the unique, busy lives of these women.
Extend Fertility is the first service in the United States focused exclusively on women who want to proactively preserve their fertility options. We’re inspired by the belief that women freezing their eggs for the future have a right to the same emotional support and physician excellence as women trying for a baby now.

Ever heard of antral follicles? 👀 These tiny, fluid-filled sacs in your ovaries each hold an immature egg, and they give doctors a window into your fertility health.
During an ultrasound, your provider can count your antral follicles to estimate your ovarian reserve (the number of eggs you may have left).
✨ A higher count can mean more eggs available for egg freezing or IVF.
✨ A lower count may suggest a smaller reserve, helping your doctor tailor a plan just for you.
Think of them as “visible placeholders” for your egg supply. They're small, but powerful indicators of your reproductive future.
Give yourself options 🥚✨ Secure the eggs before the engagement at 😏

Did you know that, unlike skin or blood cells, eggs don’t regenerate? Women are born with ALL the eggs they’ll EVER have, which is roughly 1 million! By 25, that number drops to roughly 300K, and around 35, the decline speeds up until menopause.

Your AMH (anti-Müllerian hormone) levels give an estimate of your egg count, but the number only matters in context.
AMH tells you about the quantity of eggs you have left, not their quality (which matters more for pregnancy and declines predictably with age). It also can’t detect issues like fibroids, scarring, or how fast your egg count is dropping—it’s simply a snapshot in time.
Still, knowing your AMH is helpful for so many different reasons...
-Low levels for your age may signal early menopause.
-High levels can point to PCOS.
-For egg freezing, it helps predict how many eggs you might retrieve in a cycle.
The AMH test isn’t the “holy grail” of fertility. It’s just ONE piece of the puzzle. Remember to always review results with your doctor to understand what they really mean for pregnancy, egg freezing, or IVF.

Extend Fertility is the very first service in the U.S. dedicated exclusively to women choosing to proactively freeze their eggs.
We’ve been in the business of helping women freeze their eggs for over a decade. We began by connecting women around the country with local clinics who offered this service—but during that time, we recognized that women choosing an egg freezing clinic deserved a place of their own and a service they could afford. We’ve created exactly such a place.
We recognize that the physical and emotional needs of women interested in fertility options are vastly different from the needs of women struggling with infertility issues. This might seem obvious. But most practices serve both sets of women in the same office and focus mainly on the latter, who hope to get pregnant immediately through techniques like in vitro fertilization (IVF)—which is efficient for the practice, but not ideal for you if you’re not in that camp.
That’s what’s different about Extend Fertility: we believe that women interested in fertility options for the future deserve the same level of service, emotional support, and physician excellence as women trying for a baby now.
Our physicians have been trained at the country’s top institutions and come to us from the area’s leading fertility clinics. Our doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, and embryologists embrace what’s unique about Extend Fertility—they all strongly believe that egg freezing should be an affordable, clinically excellent option for women.
What’s new about Extend Fertility isn’t our medical or laboratory expertise, but our focus on creating a program centered around the unique, busy lives of women who want to freeze their eggs—at a price that makes sense at this point in their lives. (Learn more about egg freezing costs at Extend Fertility.)
Every woman has her own dreams and aspirations. And for many, setting aside the worry about fertility can help them focus on achieving their goals. If that’s the case for you, come talk to us to learn more about Extend Fertility. We’re here to help.
