Before the official weigh-in for the world’s largest sumo competition in New York later this month, two competitors local to New York ‘were fitted’ at My Suit at the Westchester for a sport that truly ‘suits’ families of all ages. 👔

The International Sumo League comes to the Westchester County Center on Friday night, January 30th, and we’d like to sincerely thank My Suit and the Westchester for the warm hospitality and suiting up our stylish sumos ahead of the championship for sumo supremacy. 🥇

An elegant evening for a paws-itive cause! Last week, the Schwarzman Animal Medical Center celebrated its annual Top Dog Gala, a 50+ year tradition supporting AMC’s mission to provide world-class veterinary care and lead the advancement of veterinary medicine. This year’s benefit honored longtime AMC Chairman Robert Liberman for his unwavering commitment to AMC over the past 30 years. 🐾🐶

Congratulations to the Schwarzman Animal Medical Center for the completion of its four-year, 83,000 sq-ft, and $125 million expansion and renovation! The hospital was joined by AMC Board Co-Chairs Robert Liberman and Nicole Seligman, and Christine and Stephen Schwarzman for a ribbon cutting to officially unveil the new state-of-the-art facility, ushering in a new era of world-class pet care. 🐾🐶

From Manhattan to the Bronx, BIDs across NYC are kicking off the holiday season with fun and festive events! ❄️

On Thursday, 12/4, join the Lincoln Square BID for their Magical Lights Ceremony as they illuminate the community with dazzling light displays. ✨ The Bronx will also shine bright with its own holiday tree lighting ceremonies hosted by the Fordham Road BID (Friday, 12/5) and Belmont BID (Saturday, 12/6), featuring holiday carols, photos with Santa, hot chocolate, cookies, and lots of holiday cheer! Hope you can join in the fun. 🎄🎅

Thanksgiving is tomorrow, and as much as we’d like to include ALL members of the family in the feast, the dinner table can be full of hidden hazards for pets. The Schwarzman Animal Medical Center warns pet owners to keep dogs and cats away from Thanksgiving staples like turkey skin, ham, stuffing, grapes and raisins, onions, garlic, mushrooms and other foods that can be toxic to pets—even in small amounts. 🐶🦃
