Anna’s Story: Anna, a talented and ambitious professional, once thrived in her high-paced career. However, the unending demands of her job, coupled with the expectations of her romantic partner and financial goals began to take a toll on her well-being. As days morphed into nights, and weekends blurred into weekdays, Anna found herself caught in a relentless cycle of deadlines and expectations.
