We are the only ones who have the power to change our lives for the better. While it can be tempting to wait for someone else to come along and “save us”, the truth is that we are the only ones who can take control and make the necessary changes in our habits, responsibilities, priorities, and mindset. This can be a scary thought, but it’s also incredibly empowering. When we understand that we are in control of our own lives, we can take ownership of our future and create the life we truly want to live.
