If you feel like going east to another park for yoga, join me for gentle open level yoga this Thursday in Monterey Park. Pay-what-you-will, and people of all ages and abilities are welcome. We'll be at Sequoia Park, 7-8pm under the shade tree at the top of the hill near the Japanese garden. Bring your mat, water, and a sweater in case it gets chilly.
