There are 2 groups. The original pounds to go is now everything health/ ask the nurse and the new Weight loss to go., where we learn weight loss strategies that bypass the overwhelm. I have spent 20 years as a nurse because I love people, and health. Now as a Nutritionist/ health coach I want to help as many people as I can. If you are looking for better health in your life, or have been unable to reach your weight loss goals up until now maybe It's time to try a new perspective. I am here to help. I build lifestyles not diets. There's no such thing as can't in my vocabulary. No such thing as failure. These strategies helped me lose 100lbs and keep it off more than a decade later. Hi, I recently changed the name to My Shop. Both Happy Health and My Shop are both mine. Started for Nutrilite supplements, Artistry, and Amway Home Products years ago. I am a Nurse so I cover everything health related but I run a Nutrition coaching business so I will be combining the pages, or closing this one.
