FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Ana Gelovani Foundation Presents Benefit Concert to Raise Funds for Children Battling Cancer Worldwide
New York, October 11, 2023 — Presented by the Ana Gelovani Foundation, this concert raises funds for children worldwide battling cancer. At the heart of this event is founder Ana Gelovani, a 16-year-old brain tumor survivor and vocalist. Joining her are international artists who have united to lend their voices to this cause. The program features vocal and instrumental masterpieces from Chopin, Verdi, Puccini, and Rachmaninoff, along with compositions by Georgian composers. The concert is set to take place at Carnegie Hall on October 22 at 7:30 PM.
The lineup of extraordinary performers includes sopranos, with Ana Gelovani taking the lead, accompanied by the exceptional Nikoleta Rallis and Samina Aslam. The tenors, Pavel Sulyandziga and Frederik Schlick, will grace the stage with their remarkable talents. The music program of the evening will be further enriched by the virtuoso violinist Nune Melik, cellist Sam DeCaprio, and a talented group of piano virtuosos, including Aza Sydykov, Merab Ebralidze, Nino Chanadiri, Luciano Pantano, and Tara Kavtaradze.
