Just wanted to take a break from videos and say what’s up to you and to say thanks for your attention and your support.
The last few year have had lots of ups and way too many downs.
Being forced to walk out of my Riverdale office in March of 2023 after being there for 14 years with no place to go.
Having to find a place to serve my patients which I did on Williamsbridge Rd.
Surviving a major car accident in November of 2023 that left me with severe neck and lumbar disc herniations.
I chose to keep serving my patients, through the pain, discomfort and sleepless nights.
And this was in direct opposition of the advice and recommendations my surgeon, my chiropractors, and pain management doctors gave me.
And again making the decision to leave Williamsbridge Rd in April of this year due to the lack of promises kept by the partnership I formed.
So now, I’ve decided to serve my patients in my home office where I am now and will remain forever.
This transition has been bumpy and has not been as smooth a transition as I’d hoped.
I just see this as another obstacle along this journey.
I have I’d to over come many obstacles filled with tragedy and heartbreak in my life to get to where I am today.
My father once told me that there’s no one coming to save you. It will always be you against the world. So never give upon yourself and keep moving forward.
And I always will.
Even though these last few months have been rough there will be some new things coming which I hope you’ll love.
Like Sinatra says,
Life’s a wonderful thing
As long as I’ve got that string
I’d be a silly so-and-so
If I should ever let you go.
And I never will!
With all my love,
Dr. Ralph 🤟🏻🔥
