Life Synergy Retreat was born in Portugal, during 2011 when bodywork school colleagues were inspired by the personal journey of their peer - and now Life Synergy Director - Juan Rendon, who navigated the complexities of Lupus throughout his childhood.
Diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus at age 12, Juan’s mother first introduced him to the world of alternative medicine, meditation, and healing. It was in her quest for a cure that he journeyed many roads for health.
With three years of good nutrition, countless healing seminars, natural medicine, combined with good quality orthodox medicine, Juan achieved a rare case of complete non-medicated remission. This has been sustained for almost two decades now, which only about 7% of all cases have the fortune to reach, even with today's advanced medicine in the field.
After several collaborations, including with model Doris Kemptner, and input from talents, minds and efforts from around the world, Life Synergy Retreat has grown to become an effective integrative wellness retreat able to be tailored to individuals, couples or groups.
Juan has since also published a guide for living a new, healthy lifestyle, “The Do’s and Donuts” available worldwide on Amazon.
Primarily held in the stunning location of the Maya Riviera, Mexico, Life Synergy Retreat combines in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in a supportive environment, to provide a bespoke retreat like no other.
