Your back pain keeps coming back… even after chiropractic care?

Let’s talk about why.

First, this is not a chiropractor bash.

Many of my friends and professional colleagues are chiropractors.

Chiropractic can be an excellent starting point for back pain.

But here’s the uncomfortable truth most people never hear:

If you’re receiving the same treatment, the same way, every visit—over weeks, months, or even years—and your pain keeps returning, something critical is missing.

Pain relief is not the same as rehabilitation.

And relief without rehab almost always leads to relapse.

Think about it logically.

If your goal is to:
• Get back to weekend baseball
• Run five or ten miles without fear
• Squat, lift, sprint, rotate, and live fully again

…but your “rehab” never evaluates or trains:
• How you rotate
• How you load your spine and hips
• How you decelerate
• How you move under real-world demands

Then what is your body actually being prepared for?
