The game of TOEGA. Yoga for the toes....yes, yoga begins with the feet. Helping with concentration , balance and fine motor skills....its yogi play! Place soft pom pom balls (equal amount distributed) on a flat surface (yoga mat, wooden floor etc) and carry with toes in any way possible with the feet, aiming to place on a flat area ( a piece of felt, another yoga mat, tapped down piece of paper etc. Kids love it!
For older children try marbles and perhaps make it a race to distribute each and every one with a the object being to have the most amount of marbles at the end goal to win. Namaste!
