Morning Rituals with OSI Oils

Before the world enters… I come back to myself.

Tongue scraping—clearing what the body released overnight.
A quiet reset.

Then Clear nostril oil—
2–3 drops in each nostril.
To lubricate, protect, and create space for breath, for clarity, for presence.

A few minutes of lymphatic brushing—
