Practice BALANCE every day. The older we get the more likely we are to lose our balance and fall and possibly hurt ourselves. This can be prevented.
Can you do these?
1) Balance on your toes with your eyes closed for 30 seconds?
2) Lift your right foot off the ground and look left for 5 seconds then repeat right, up and down. Then do it lifting your left foot.
3) Gently hang down in front of you and lift your heels off the ground for 15 seconds. Try to relax your neck and use your muscles to stabilize, not your head.
