🍊Beet yogurt (made with grass-fed yogurt, coconut yogurt, chia seeds and pasture-raised cottage cheese). I topped with sliced almonds, mandarin and homemade overnight oats = high protein post workout snack. You could also skip the oatmeal and still have an incredibly nutritious high-protein yogurt/ top with nuts/fruits of choice.

👀Something tells me, subconsciously, I had Fourth of July in mind… Ingredients: Sweet pea leaves, baby bok choy, kale, spinach (protein greens ), chickpeas, 2 hard-boiled eggs, grape tomatoes, blueberries, tahini, evoo, vinegar and unsalted sesame seeds = protein, fiber, healthy fats and antioxidants !
