Non duality is either recognized in an instant or slowly over time layers of perception come into focus. KAP is an energy transmission that works the same in the same room or a world away. Because of C19 most of the powerful and transformative work I’ve helped facilitate has been on Zoom. Being present with someone experiencing KAP for the first time is still *MAGICAL*. I was recently in Costa Rica at a retreat (I’ll write more on that later!) and did a private session with . It was her first time experiencing the energy, the power of KAP. We are going to release a sweet little video of her experience soon. This movement is featured a lot in my clients because its a cleansing posture of having an extremely open heart. The KAP energy and your own awakening kundalini makes your body want to open up to love and embody source light. We all may not be able to be in the same room yet but my online classes happen twice a week and are still VERY POWERFUL which is why folks have been coming like clockwork since that first uncertain quarantine.
