It helped me become a better mom ~ present, patient and less reactive.

Honestly, I wish I had known about it during my first, very long labor!

Now I teach meditation to pregnant and new moms because I know how powerful it can be ~ especially for the emotional ups and downs, anxiety and fatigue.

It’s a path that offers what every mother craves ~ calm, clarity and connection.
