2. *Acknowledge Guilt Triggers:*
• Reflect on past actions causing lingering guilt feelings.
• Identify self-criticism patterns ("I should've...").

3. *Separate Choices from Identity:*
• Distinguish past decisions from self-worth ("I made a mistake" vs "I am a mistake").
• Release self-judgment tied to past choices.

4. *Practice Forgiving Phrases:*
