ing certified as a Spartan Race SGX Coach and I'm also a Certified Group Fitness Instructor with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). As a Health and Wellness Educator at Young Living Essential Oils I have the tools to help my clients live a fulfilled life thru wellness, balance, fitness, nature, dancing and, I promise- lots of laughter!
