Thank you to everyone who joined the Relume Foundation’s Wellness Event!

We shared lunch, learned practical tools for emotional regulation and stress management, and explored social emotional learning in group discussions. Guests participated in chair yoga, mindful journaling, painting, and more all designed to support everyday wellness.
