How are you letting go? 🌱
Letting go can be tough, therefore I invite you to embrace the natural cycle of life with me.
To let go, I turn to my anchor: my breath. By sitting quietly for just 5-10 minutes each day and let my breath flow freely has been a powerful reminder to make room for new beginnings.
