Abhaya Yoga specializes in a dynamic style of Hatha yoga which draws influence from Anusara and Vinyasa yoga. It offers a broad range of classes for all fitness levels including Vinyasa flow, advanced practice, meditation and even classes with live music. The studio is open seven days a week with regular daily classes as well as special events and workshops. New students get one week of unlimited yoga for $25.
