Meet Dr. Jelena Vasić, board-certified dermatologist at Spring Street Dermatology!
Originally from Niš, Serbia, Dr. Vasić has trained across the U.S. and Europe, bringing extensive expertise in both medical and cosmetic dermatology. She graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Mathematics. She has spent time in France, studying in both Paris and Lyon. She earned her medical degree from Northwestern University - Feinberg School of Medicine and remained in Chicago for her transitional internal medicine year at Weiss Memorial Hospital. She returned home to Arizona to complete her dermatology residency at the University of Arizona, where she served as Chief Resident her final year. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and Women’s Dermatology Society and has been published in several peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Vasić relocated to the east coast where she practiced in Montclair, New Jersey and midtown Manhattan, before joining Spring Street Dermatology.
She specializes in treating conditions like acne, eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea, as well as providing personalized cosmetic treatments to help patients achieve natural, confident results.
Passionate about patient education and individualized care, Dr. Vasić believes in open communication and tailored treatment plans to meet each patient’s unique needs.
Outside of work, she loves traveling, reading, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
