Lots of patients are asking about the permanent makeup by tattoos. This report may help you understand more about it. I saw great results for some patients with scars and birthmarks, but also saw really bad cases. I agree that the industry need more regulation. But before you put that permanent eyeliner on, ask yourself: Are you sure you will like the same look for years?

Some women are pleased with the results. Others complain of allergic reactions, infections and poorly trained technicians.
