Dr. Sydney R. Coleman, world-renown plastic surgeon, and pioneer of fat grafting will begin a sabbatical to focus on research, writing, teaching, lecturing and promoting his third book on fat grafting at the end of February 2018.
He will be relocating out of the New York area, and the offices of TriBeCa Plastic Surgery at 44 Hudson Street will be closing as of February 28th, 2018. He will not be accepting any new patients or performing surgery during this period, but will be seeing existing patients for follow-up until then.
Dr. Coleman will continue his association with the NYU Langone Hansjörg Wyss Department of Plastic Surgery and maintain his involvement in research and surgical projects for the military at The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and has plans to join a university faculty after his move.
Patients should contact the office at 212-571-5200 to schedule appointments or request records. His office phone line will remain open for messages after the office has officially closed. 👋🏼 This patient came in to see Dr. Coleman 👨🏼‍⚕️ because he was bothered by the deep lines on either side of his mouth, also known as nasolabial folds 🙅🏽‍♂️. Some men and women have noticeable folds or lines in this area in their 20’s. And, as we age, of course, they can become deeper 🧓🏼 . This gentleman opted to see Dr. Coleman for correction, knowing that, unlike with fillers such as Juvederm or Restylane, he could have a permanent (and natural) correction using his own body fat and the Coleman LipoStructure Technique 💉.
