Fertility changes with age—but hope doesn’t have to.

By their mid-40s, many women find that IVF success rates with their own eggs are extremely low—sometimes under 2%. But donor eggs from younger women can change the game. In fact, women around age 42 who use donor eggs see up to a 51% success rate on the first IVF cycle, and over 70% when frozen cycles are included.
