From brand new lifter to pro level bodybuilders, we guide people through nutritional goals and training plans to help them get to the next level. One thing we pride ourselves on is meeting clients where they are to help them continuously grow--no cookie cutter plans here! Every nutrition and training program is 100% tailored to the individual client with frequent check ins via our online portal and voice messaging.
For those not ready to commit to one on one coaching, we also offer video consults. This is a good option for those who want to make sure that theyโre on the right path, or who just need some tweaks to their habits to keep progress moving.
Lastly, we try our best to put out some of the best quality vegan strength content we can. Our free podcast, Muscles by Brussels radio (which can be found on iTunes or at veganproteins.com under the โpodcastโ tab) has been downloaded nearly 100 thousand times!
