At end of this introduction, if interested, is the Life Resume/ Curriculum Vitae, of Barry Jay Goodman, then Dr. Barry J. Goodman, Chiropractor, and now with 30 years limited experience in the healing arts and sciences, Dr. Joginder Singh(spiritual name received 2008).
A decent family backround(1st 14 years), a modest high school and collegiate swimming and competitive lifeguard experience(15-28), and a practicing Chiropractor(31 st year) have been paramount in the views, and practices, leading up to the Complementary Healer Dr. Joginder Singh.
Most profoundly were a series of teachers in the traditions of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. I met these practices, in 2004, after studying, practicing and teaching Yoga as Hatha and Astanga trained.
The Master of Kundalini Yoga in the West, Yogi Bhajan, promoted that all students aspire to and should be 10 times greater than the teacher!!! In 2005 I began immersion study in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, in the house of the 4th Sikh Guru, Guru Ram Das.
His student, who he considered one of his Doctors, was a man named Dyal Singh Khalsa, LMT and Registered Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainer. (Dr.) Dyal Singh Khalsa, “Dyal”, was inspired to create a discipline of healing known as ‘Yogic Neuromuscular Therapy(YNMT)’.
To become available to the training one had first to be a Reiki Master Level 3, as well as a Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher.....and then ‘Dyal’ would teach the intricate art and science of ‘the neuromuscular connective tissue strokework, its protocol for treatment and its comittments to ‘keeping up’ with the skill set.
‘Dyal’ shared with many, certified less than a handful, not inclusive of myself. I’ve had the privilege of training with Dyal in close small group and one on one several times, over a few short years, before his early and untimely death after a MVA.
‘Dyal’ felt confident that I would have a significant shift in my practice and healing success with YNMT, and I felt his confidence, and felt honored to be student in his classroom/dojo.
Dyal had a ‘certain something’, an exuberance of unlimited nature for what he was passionate about, especially the truth within this work. His exuberance is remembered eternally by all who knew and know him.
My practice volume lessened, my focus on healing became laser like while with the client-family-friend-student-teacher.
I have utilized YNMT with every client-patient since learning this work in 2006 start.
The practice now is limited to 10 hours weekly for personal health reasons at age(59), and is exclusively this work with the Chiropractic and Reiki Mastery integrated.
I lovingly share this practice in honor of my teachers, in Chiropractic Dr. B.J. Palmer; in Reiki, Usui Sensei: in Manual Manipulation Traction Therpaies John Mennel, M.D.; in Kundalini Yoga, Yogi Bhajan, and in YNMT Dr. ‘Dyal’ Singh Khalsa.
These teachers are an eternal font of spiritual service to me, and I am only a product of their practices and teachings, and humbly care for others with the skill set.
In our yoga traditions, awareness is risen through the experience of the yoga, not the chatter about it beforehand. And too, in turn, the experience of the YNMT, can speak with your inner doctor much more effectively than anything I may describe, even when a moment of descriptive eloquence arises for me.
Although not certified by Dyal, because a Master elevates a student when the Master knows the student is ready for the responsibility of what comes next. I am devoted to the schedule and practice of Mastery training. There is no summit here, only an uphill climb in continued healing service.
The 31 years with Chiropractctic, 32 years with Dr. Mennels Therapies, 19 years as a yoga teacher, and now the 23rd year practicing Reiki my qualifications based on time and practice have placed me, at 59, in a special spot as a healer to my clients.
Re my spiritual name, Joginder Singh. I asked for this through 3HO International based on my birth date, and the Numerology of our traditions. This description Jog- root word ‘yog’, ‘yoke’, ‘unite’, ‘bring central’ mind-body-breath....for me as a person and a healing professional.

Remembrance
Locally, Globally
With my projection, My conduct, my deeds, less or not my words
To be an honorable son, brother, father, family member…to those of blood and friends who are family
To be a loving Jew, a loving Catholic, a loving Yogi, a loving Christ, a loving, a love ing, a love of all things, a love, LOVE
This mindful skill set is a continuous process of growth, especially caring for the practice of the Healing Work with the skill set.
In my health, to continue to rest properly, keep up with sadhana as I understand Sadhana through my teachers, eat well and light, and continue to recite my voice of God within mantras as I pass through all moments of all days. This is habitual now, my conscious and energetic contact with a God of my souls’ understanding.
In the Healing Work that I’ve learned and practiced, and the experience of a short 34 years of mindset and practice I’ve been honored and privileged to have….
To see one person at a time. To keep my hours of skilled service to approximately 10 hours weekly, and time spent with these people as flexible as need, as well for travel.
To listen attentively, especially when they are quiet. To synchronize breathing and help facilitate meditative mindset. The science of deeper oxygenation, transfers of gases, neurological stimulation and glandular tone are accessed to promote health, improve health.
To be full bodied with protocol. Address all 10+ bodies, 7+ Chakras. This protocol is applied in approximately 30, 60 or 90 minute healing time frames. It is a matter of need and preference, and for some, finances. No one is refused care because of financial hardship. Not all are accepted in to this practice as well.
To educate, educate, educate patients/clients/students on the relationship of health and energy, proper alignment and care of the Nervous System as the Master Control Center; refer to my blogs and video bank. The clients who can learn and do what is demonstrated or asked between healing sessions, see me least frequently, and live the healthiest lives. The maintenance care I suggest to grow to is 4 times yearly, at the change of seasons*.
To honor my Physical Education credo forever. When graduated college we took an oath to the definition of Physical Education and Recreation as it relates to health. Health is defined as the ability to have, all the energy to meet the day, and as much needed for any emergencies that may arise, in addition to daily needs. . As teachers, our goal, then, was to teach K through 12 these principles and practices as part of a school curriculum. That was 1982. This makes me available to meet the emergencies as well when they arise in my practice, caring for others. The very part of why 10 hours a week is the HEALTHY amount for this Healer with this skill set.
I will do this as my loving service, exchange in abundance, be provided for well….until I can no longer do so…and hope to teach as many others as possible
I will honor the memory of my greatest teachers, and their practices and studies…who came to life for a while…

….and the ones who are still in their physical bodies equally…
I am not sure there is anything else to put in to words…
As a mission statement of the Healing Work I am blessed to share…I pray for your health, your love, your happiness and that the Healing Work was helpful…
