More Gardens Summer Camp Our free environmental South Bronx summer camp for campers (8-12) & their parents creates deep connections to nature through play, teamwork & action.

Our summer camp promotes responsibility and learning through thinking, teamwork and action. Campers, their parents, and community grow together while immersing in nature education. Food is free organic and prepared locally. The Summer Camp hosts two locations:

Upstate Camping
More Gardens! brings campers ages 8-12 with their parent to upstate camps around the 4th of July weekend for a total nature immersion. Community Garden Camp in the South Bronx
The campers enjoy trips to the Botanical, Canoeing on the Bronx River, visiting other community gardens .....

We bring amazing guest teachers for wilderness training, herbal and plant wisdom, native american teachings, puppetry, yoga, composting and many more. We learn and play with nature, rising up to respect who we are and where we come from.
