📣🤰🏻🙋🏻♀️Strong Mamas! What do you do when you have 10 minutes for yourself? As a mom it’s not easy to take time for yourself, generally our days are filled with taking care of baby, clothes, diapers, food, breast-feeding or pumping, getting baby to nap and sleep and everything else. As your baby gets older and if you have help you may have more time for yourself. If you can find even 5 or 10 minutes throughout the day, while your baby naps or if hubby, partner, grandparents or helper can pitch in, take that time for yourself. It could be to take a walk, to close your eyes, to breathe deeply, to exercise or move in someway that you enjoy, or anything that you need to re-energize and calm you so you have more energy and confidence to deal with the uncertainties and excitement of a day with baby.
