Younger patients often seek subtle contouring to balance the nose and create a slimmer, more proportionate appearance. For her, Dr. Kang enhanced the nasal bridge with a silicone implant to achieve smoother, more graceful lines, and refined the nasal tip using her own ear cartilage for a natural, stable shape. Introducing our 👃🏻Rhinoplasty 4-Part Series: a deep dive into the artistry and science behind nose refinement.

We are starting off with our 40 year old patient who wanted to naturally enhance her nose. Despite Dr Kang’s amazing liquid nose augmentation via filler injections, some patients prefer a permanent method. While maintaining her nose shape, Dr Kang has subtly enhanced her nose bridge while using a silicone implant and to match her natural genetical features.🤩🫣🙌🏻

Healing after rhinoplasty is a gradual process.☺️ After one year, she sees a clear improvement in nasal shape, with swelling significantly reduced and the new contours taking form.👏🏼

Here is an updated pictures of an upper and lower blepharoplasty that restored the eyes👀 Our lovely 70 year old patient is recovering smoothly and has been able to wind back the clock to her youthful self🥰🙌🏻

Our beautiful patient in her 20’s underwent augmentation rhinoplasty with improved tip projection and refinement and narrowing of her bulbous tip, using open rhinoplasty approach… tip projection and refinement requires careful manipulation & mobilization of her native cartilages as well as strengthening using donor cartilage grafts from patient’s ear.. end result is naturally refined nasal tip with improved projection yielding “tear-drop” nostrils which is ideal in shape… the incision is healing well and should be nearly invisible in matter of weeks..

I had a wonderful fall weekend driving around with my dad in his silver Alfa Romeo coupe and then hanging out with Mommy… and yes that ice cream sandwich which I was eyeing went into my mouth in the few seconds😁🥰…. ✨ Our wonderful 57-year-old patient recently underwent an upper blepharoplasty and thread lift to address her concerns about excess eyelid skin and natural facial sagging.
