Instead, I find it most helpful to tailor my approach to your specific needs, personality, and desires. I am known to use a combination of DBT, CBT, creative, play, relational, person-centered, and narrative techniques from a psychodynamic base. Ultimately, my goal is to help you connect with what is your truth in this process. It is important to me that you receive the care you deserve, therefore, my clients have an open and honest relationship with me and relay what in our process is most helpful to them so they can feel comfort knowing that I will serve them the best way I can.
